Director of Sales

Our client is seeking a Director of Sales – West to lead and accelerate commercial growth across the Western United States. This newly created leadership position will be responsible for rebuilding, strengthening, and scaling the regional sales organization while driving strategic initiatives that support long-term revenue and market share growth. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this individual will oversee a team consisting of one Area Sales Manager and five Territory Sales Managers, with plans to expand the organization as the business continues to grow. The Director will develop and execute the regional sales strategy, coach a high-performing sales team, strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, builders, and key accounts, and leverage data-driven insights to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and overall sales performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader who enjoys building organizations, developing talent, and creating scalable processes within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
