Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of clients, particularly older adults, addressing any cognitive, emotional, or social challenges they may face.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is on the geriatric population. You will work with older adults who may be dealing with a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and dementia-related disorders. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and their families to navigate the complexities of mental health care, always with an emphasis on dignity, respect, and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
