Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough clinical assessments to gauge clients' mental health and develop targeted treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy through secure online platforms, utilizing your expertise in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other applicable frameworks.

• Foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, helping them establish and reach meaningful therapeutic goals while offering continuous support during their treatment journey.

• Document all therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with best practices in record-keeping and confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated empathy and attentiveness to diverse client experiences and challenges.
