Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions to formulate effective and personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of tailored therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote healing and personal growth.
• Set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and closely monitor their progress throughout their treatment journey.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients' needs, including virtual sessions for those facing accessibility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans, complying with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, encompassing different backgrounds and presenting a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinician Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Masters or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A deep sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward client experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to balance caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth environment is highly desirable, ensuring clients receive professional care remotely.
• A background in trauma-informed care or experience with specific populations, such as adolescents or veterans, will be considered an asset.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain efficient documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits
