Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement therapeutic interventions with fidelity to established protocols, ensuring that all directives and treatment plans are executed effectively.

• Monitor and document patient progress through our electronic medical record system, maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of all interactions.

• Conduct assessments and provide counseling tailored to the individual needs of clients, focusing on their mental health and social service requirements.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Uphold all ethical codes and professional standards in your practice, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

• Maintain your Oregon Driver's License, CPR, and First Aid certifications, and partake in ongoing professional development opportunities to meet licensing requirements.

• Provide information and assistance relevant to clients' financial or social needs, ensuring holistic support for their well-being.

• Adhere to the work schedule as established by your direct supervisor, embracing a commitment to professionalism and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on young individuals seeking mental health counseling. Our clients may present with a variety of challenges that affect their emotional and psychological well-being, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and stress related to academic pressures. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• An active and independent clinical license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
