Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while reaching clients throughout Washington. You will contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment, working within a fully integrated telehealth platform. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs, ensuring a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate client mental health status and needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment planning.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that employ various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with excellent interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with clients.

Our competitive salary ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
