Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ treatment needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide outpatient therapy using evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of client progress to ensure both compliance and quality of care.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate care for clients requiring additional support.

• Conduct regular follow-up appointments and monitor clients' progress towards achieving their mental health goals.

• Engage in case consultations during team meetings to discuss complex cases and share therapeutic strategies.

• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions conducted by the organization for skill enhancement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated proficiency in employing evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly for mood disorders.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
