Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gauge clients' mental health conditions, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques while engaging in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Respond to immediate client needs by offering crisis interventions and support during times of acute distress.

• Maintain precise, confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in adherence with ethical and legal documentation requirements.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide comprehensive client care that addresses various aspects of individual well-being.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, advocating for their needs and navigating them towards appropriate community resources and support services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
