Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement coordinated, client-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals and aspirations.

• Facilitate crisis intervention when necessary, conducting risk assessments and safety planning to ensure clients' immediate needs are addressed appropriately.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Lead and manage group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enrich the therapeutic experience and foster community among clients.

Qualifications\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
