We’re Hiring

Senior Healthcare Business Analyst

\n

\n

\n

You’ll be the bridge between our healthcare and supply chain customers and the analytics and engineering teams who build for them.

\n

As Senior Healthcare Business Analyst, you'll work alongside the Director of Analytics as backup on customer-facing analytics engagements. You'll own requirements gathering, documentation, and workshop facilitation for enterprise supply chain and healthcare clients, and serve as the interface between business stakeholders, analytics, and engineering teams. This is a remote opportunity.

What you’ll do

\n

Customer Engagement & Requirements

\n

\n
• Lead and co-lead customer workshops to elicit and document business requirements
\n
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for engineering and data teams
\n
• Create process flows, gap analyses, business requirements documents, and traceability metrics
\n
• Act as secondary customer-facing subject matter expert during implementation and post-go-live support
\n
• Travel up to 25% of the time
\n

\n

Data & Analytics

\n

\n
• Support data architecture, data models, and ETL and data warehousing design as a data subject matter expert
\n
• Contribute to predictive modeling and advanced analytics product development
\n
• Analyze supply chain and inventory data across the network
\n
• Support supply chain and operations research optimization modeling, including inventory, network, and demand planning
\n

\n

Product & Strategy

\n

\n
• Support product management and strategic planning activities alongside the Director of Analytics
\n

\n

\n

What we’re looking for

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA a plus
\n
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, product management, or consulting
\n
• 8+ years of experience with customer engagement management
\n
• Hands-on experience with data architecture, data models, and ETL and data warehousing
\n
• 5+ years of experience working with SQL
\n
• 5+ years of experience working with tools like Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI, or any other reporting solution
\n
• Experience with predictive modeling or advanced analytics products
\n
• Background in supply chain, inventory management, or operations research and optimization modeling
\n
• Knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations, including hospital networks, par levels, and central and distributed inventory
\n
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Experience writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process documentation
\n

\n

Nice to have

\n

\n
• Consulting background, such as Big Four or similar, in business intelligence, data warehousing, or supply chain
\n
• Experience with healthcare provider or payer systems, or life sciences supply chains
\n
• Familiarity with the SaaS and enterprise software delivery lifecycle
\n
• Exposure to AI and machine learning-driven analytics platforms
\n
• Product management experience in analytics or supply chain software
\n
