Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including diagnosis, treatment plan updates, and case notes in accordance with company policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will provide culturally competent care and adapt interventions based on each client's developmental stages and family dynamics, ensuring all clients receive individualized attention that meets their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A master's degree in a related field, such as social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate thoughts clearly and effectively in both clinical documentation and client interactions.

• Proficiency in using Office 365 and experience with Electronic Health Record systems; familiarity with Valant is a plus.
\n
• Strong boundaries, demonstrating professional standards in client relationships.
\n
• A background check clearance is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
