Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical records, including progress notes, adhering to departmental policies to ensure compliance and clear tracking of client progress.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team in developing effective treatment and discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments and accepted therapeutic interventions.

• Engage with clients' families and support systems, facilitating open communication and collaboration concerning treatment decisions and discharge planning.
\n
• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s specific circumstances and therapeutic needs, adapting approaches as required.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions to provide counseling while continually assessing and adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Employ evidence-based methodologies and tools to evaluate ongoing patient progress, ensuring adjustments are data-informed for optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:
