Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, delivering personalized mental health care tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update comprehensive treatment plans that are goal-oriented and client-focused, adhering to best practices in social work and mental health.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work predominantly with individuals undergoing detoxification, who may be facing substance abuse challenges, trauma histories, or co-occurring mental health disorders. By employing evidence-based practices, you will support clients in building coping strategies and connecting with their inner strengths.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New York State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a clinical social work setting, particularly with clients facing addiction and mental health issues.

Preferred Experience\n
