Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients virtually. Working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, you will engage with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to mental health care. Our telehealth facility allows for flexibility while ensuring constant support from peers and supervisors within a safe and encouraging environment.

  Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

  Monitor and manage a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for clients.

  Document treatment progress accurately, ensuring timely submission of reports and client records as necessary.

  Participate in crisis intervention efforts, demonstrating calm and effective support during emergencies while providing clients with necessary resources.

  Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

  Possession of an active LCSW license in the state of California.

  At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and crisis management.

  Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and collaborate with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
