Key Responsibilities\n

• Operate as an Independent Contractor within our community health clinic framework, providing high-quality counseling and psychotherapy services.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of senior clients’ needs, identifying their unique challenges and developing effective, personalized intervention strategies.

• Facilitate counseling sessions using evidence-based methodologies, offering psychological support and therapeutic resources tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Proactively research and refer clients to relevant community resources, ensuring they have access to additional support services as needed.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and any significant changes in their mental health status for ongoing evaluation and treatment planning.

• Participate in regular case consultations to discuss challenging cases and enhance therapeutic techniques with fellow practitioners.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults, particularly seniors, who often face unique mental health challenges, including isolation, anxiety, and depression. You will be responsible for meeting them where they are at, understanding their specific needs, and incorporating their feedback into treatment plans. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is mandatory.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
