ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a growing team of six focused on building a high-performing and collaborative environment. Before becoming an agent, I spent 10 years in B2B sales and also worked with another State Farm agent for four years, which helped build a strong foundation in both sales and customer relationships.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Meghan Jackson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
