Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients’ symptoms by evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance their understanding and involvement in their treatment.

• Regularly monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, integrated care for clients.

• Stay current with the latest research and advances in mood disorder treatment to inform and enhance your clinical practice.

• Maintain thorough, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Contribute to team discussions, professional development opportunities, and case consultations to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be serving individuals dealing with mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. This role allows you to connect deeply with clients from all walks of life, including vulnerable populations such as the homeless, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. Qualifications\n
