Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health issues and creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Leading individual and couples therapy sessions, guiding clients through techniques and strategies to address their current challenges.

• Frequently consulting with clients to monitor progress and refine treatment approaches as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
