As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you will:

Qualifications:

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
\n
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required; obtaining a Life & Health Insurance License is encouraged
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance sales, business development, or producer experience within an insurance agency or brokerage environment
\n
• Proven track record of developing and growing a commercial lines book of business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-based selling
\n
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding new business production and revenue goals
\n
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, risk management concepts, and underwriting considerations across multiple industries
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
\n
• Experience utilizing Applied Epic or similar agency management systems, CRM platforms, and sales pipeline management tools
\n
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
\n
• Proven ability to establish credibility with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
\n
• Self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven
\n
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and professional development opportunities
\n
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law
