Key Responsibilities\n

The primary focus of your role as an LMFT will be to conduct therapy sessions with families and individuals, addressing a variety of issues and fostering open communication. You will:

• Facilitate therapy sessions for couples, while also conducting individual sessions as needed to address individual concerns and dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to assist clients in navigating challenges such as grief and loss, relationship conflicts, job stress, and medical issues.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that promote healing and effective communication among family members.
\n
• Document treatment progress and adapt strategies in collaboration with clients to ensure positive outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents, facing various challenges. Your expertise will be particularly beneficial for:

• Addressing conflicts among family members, blended family dynamics, and issues related to divorce or separation.

• Helping clients cope with alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, and communications difficulties.

• Providing support for adjustment issues concerning family changes, such as remarriage and triggers associated with grief or loss.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for the LMFT role must possess the following qualifications to ensure we maintain our standards of excellence:

• A current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
