Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting initial assessments and consultations with clients to identify mental health needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Engaging in prevention-oriented therapy that focuses on building resilience, coping skills, and emotional well-being.

• Facilitating regular therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques suited to individual client needs.

• Implementing and regularly reviewing treatment plans to track client progress and modify interventions as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of session notes, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with best practices and compliance standards.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our benefits package includes:
