Legal Receptionist | Temporary

The Ford Agency is partnering with a prestigious DC law firm in their search for a professional and engaging Receptionist to support front office operations and provide administrative support to the team. Our client is seeking a poised individual who will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors and manage administrative logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the Washington, DC office. This is a temporary role with the potential for permanent hire. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and guests, fostering a warm and professional atmosphere Manage the front desk, answer and direct phone calls professionally and relay messages Assist visitors with visitor badges and set up visitor offices Provide administrative support for the weekly conference center schedule Assist with proofreading and preparing meeting materials, client letters, and other documents Maintain the appearance of conference rooms, pantries, and lobby areas Qualifications 1+ years of reception and administrative experience; professional services environment preferred Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service oriented Discretion, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential information Compensation $25/hr Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
