Manager, Product UX Design - E-Commerce

Lead and mentor a team of UX professionals, providing strategic guidance and supporting professional growth Use user research, usability testing, and data analytics to drive user-centered design solutions Formulate and execute UX strategy aligned with the Product Management roadmap Define UX principles, guidelines, and actionable strategic goals Lead creation and maintenance of scalable design systems across digital products Integrate design systems into development processes and enable AI capabilities Oversee user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while ensuring brand integrity and accessibility Collaborate with product management, development, and marketing teams on cohesive project execution Research industry trends and emerging technologies and share insights Communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership Recruit and retain UX talent and refine team processes and workflows Travel up to 15% for internal meetings, industry conferences, and on-site customer visits Requirements Many years of UX design experience, including several years in a strategic leadership role Experience leading and developing high-performing UX team members Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage tight deadlines Strong strategic thinking, organization, proactivity, and assertiveness Ability to direct complex omnichannel solutions Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and innovative design practices Expertise in consumer journey design, digital content best practices, and performance analytics Proven experience developing and managing design systems with AI integration Proficiency in UX research and design techniques Mastery of design tools, especially Figma Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to influence business, brand, and marketing strategy Passion for AI in customer-facing e-commerce UI and internal process efficiency Independent work ethic and ability to work cross-functionally Project management, creative briefing, stakeholder communication, and reporting skills Strong understanding of analytics and ability to implement findings Ability to lead cross-functional, global teams Innovative and inclusive mindset Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or headless commerce architectures Preferred: knowledge of front-end web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals Preferred:
