Perm - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesia Lima, OH

Location: Lima, Ohio

Start Date: Negotiable, approximately 30 days for credentialing

Duration: Full-time ongoing opportunity

Shift: Typically 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with options for 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; weekends as needed

Hours/Week: 40+ hours

Employment Type: Full-time

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, Board Certified

Experience: Open to new graduates; experience preferred but not required

Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical and pain management procedures

Induce, maintain, and recover patients across diverse case types, including general, MAC, TIVA, nerve blocks, and more

Support a Level II Trauma designation hospital with busy ORs and a broad patient demographic

Collaborate with a supportive and organized anesthesia team utilizing up-to-date technology and EMR systems

Manage pre-op, inductions, emergences, and nerve blocks independently, supporting a strong team environment

Participate in weekend coverage and flexible scheduling as needed

Required:

ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications

Board Certified in Anesthesiology or Nurse Anesthesia

Ohio RN license (or ability to obtain)

Preferred:

Previous anesthesia experience or new graduate with strong clinical rotation background

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
