About the Position

• Join a premier, multi-facility regional health system in west-central Ohio offering a permanent, high-priority Urology position. Operating within a comprehensive 300-bed regional medical center that serves a 10-county catchment area, this role focuses on the advanced diagnosis, medical management, and surgical treatment of acute and chronic diseases of the urinary tract and male reproductive system.

• Diagnose and provide comprehensive medical and surgical management for kidney stones, prostate disorders, urologic malignancies, and complex urinary tract conditions.
• Perform a full spectrum of general urologic surgeries and modern, minimally invasive procedures within a state-of-the-art operative suite.
• Manage a balanced clinical workflow providing both high-acuity inpatient care and dedicated outpatient specialty clinic services.
• Provide expert urologic consultations to the emergency department and internal medicine inpatient teams.
• Maintain efficient, thorough, and compliant electronic medical documentation for all patient encounters.

• Full-time, permanent schedule combining dedicated operating room block time, inpatient consultation rounds, and outpatient clinic hours.
• Shared urology call rotation schedule to be detailed directly during the initial interview phase.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with an MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Urology.
• Active Ohio state medical license (or immediate eligibility to obtain Ohio licensure).
• Proven proficiency across both traditional open and modern minimally invasive/endourologic procedures.
• Ability to meet all medical staff credentialing and hospital surgical privileging standards.
