Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Virginia OT license
• Experience delivering OT services in a school setting
• Passion for working with middle school-aged students (with the potential for an elementary caseload addition)
• Strong communication for direct therapy and consultative collaboration
• Ability to manage and prioritize a moderate caseload effectively
• Readiness to initiate VA Department of Social Services background check and TB test as credentialing requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Carry a caseload of approximately 25 students, spanning direct (10 students) and consultative (15 students) services
• Provide assessments, direct interventions, and strategic consultation tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with fellow therapists, educators, and families to optimize student achievement
• Work across two middle school campuses, with a possible extension to include an elementary school
• Participate in team meetings and IEP planning, ensuring comprehensive support for every student
• Document interventions and uphold professional standards throughout the school year
