Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health concerns through interviews, screening tools, and psychological evaluations, allowing for the development of effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions employing a variety of proven therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to promote each client’s therapeutic progress.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly reviewing progress to ensure therapeutic objectives are being met and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide remote therapy options to clients preferring virtual sessions, actively utilizing digital platforms to guarantee accessibility and consistent support, particularly for those facing physical or geographic barriers.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all sessions and client interactions to comply with ethical standards and regulations, ensuring professionalism and accountability in service delivery.

Qualifications\n
