Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider any co-occurring medical conditions, ensuring an accurate understanding of the patient's holistic health.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that integrate therapy for psychiatric and medical conditions, focusing on effective interventions.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, such as CBT or DBT, to facilitate personal growth and recovery in patients.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals, fostering collaboration to ensure seamless care and high-quality treatment outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing best practices to manage acute situations effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our practice is on individuals with co-occurring mental health and medical conditions. You will encounter a diverse patient population, which may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic illnesses. Our goal is to provide comprehensive and person-centered care that recognizes and addresses the complexities of each individual’s situation.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated understanding and experience addressing the mental health needs of patients with concurrent medical issues.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum qualification is a Master's Degree, a solid background in treating patients with dual diagnoses or complex medical issues will be an asset. Additional certifications in teletherapy or specialized therapeutic methodologies will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
