Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality remote counseling to clients through evidence-based therapeutic programs.

• Monitor participant progress, documenting session notes and providing timely follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations.

• Work closely with the care team to help clients access necessary resources and obtain required consent and authorization forms.

• Identify and effectively respond to high-risk encounters, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants following established protocols.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings, monthly team collaborations, and organization-wide town halls to contribute to ongoing developments.

• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and complete annual training requirements to uphold our security standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with New Hope Psychological Group, you will engage with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve providing support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Through structured interventions, you will help clients build actionable skills, fostering healthy, lifelong habits that promote ongoing recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule, dedicating 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, to patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience in psychotherapy, utilizing approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

New Hope Psychological Group offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
