Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive and engaging client experience.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical standards and state regulations while providing care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to enhance the continuum of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals and families who encounter various mental health challenges yet have limited access to traditional therapy resources. You will work closely with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship problems. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
