Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain open communication with supervisors, interdisciplinary teams, and client families regarding progress updates and treatment modifications.

• Organize and schedule appointments, manage home visit logistics, and monitor ongoing support activities.
\n
• Ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans and program strategies tailored to individual client goals.
\n
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to contribute insights and develop holistic treatment approaches.
\n
• Document and complete progress notes on a monthly and quarterly basis to track patient advancements and program efficacy.
\n
• Provide training to ensure that all staff members are fully informed and compliant with program implementation guidelines and documentation standards.

• Act as a liaison within the mental health community to promote collaboration and engage in community outreach initiatives.

• Support the ongoing development of training materials aimed at improving patient care and staff competency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
