Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering rapport and maintaining professional relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress, stability, and treatment effectiveness and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals and therapeutic needs.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate the psychological needs and challenges faced by clients.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's requirements.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to discuss case management and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on a youth population, addressing a wide range of mental health issues faced by adolescents and young adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n
