Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to establish individualized treatment plans that align with their unique therapeutic needs.

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing diverse issues including relationship dynamics, intergenerational trauma, and individual mental health concerns.

• Utilize systemic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices to create a safe space for clients to explore their experiences.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations, ensuring compliance and quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience is preferred; pre-licensed therapists will not be considered at this time.

Compensation and Benefits\n
