As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Center Stone, you will work remotely, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients in a secure, comfortable setting. You will utilize electronic health record systems such as AVATAR for seamless documentation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through initial consultations, utilizing structured frameworks to assess clients' emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being.

• Document case progress and treatment outcomes meticulously, ensuring continuity and clarity throughout the therapeutic process.

• Develop tailored intervention and therapy plans focusing on individuals, couples, families, and group therapy settings based on the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based methodologies.

• Monitor client progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as needed to enhance effectiveness and address any emerging issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to devise a holistic approach to treatment.

• Proactively follow up with clients' psychiatrists and attending physicians concerning hospital admissions or urgent care situations.

• Identify potential barriers to recovery and implement strategies to address these obstacles to promote ongoing client well-being.

• Support families and primary caregivers in managing client behaviors and developing strategies to enhance recovery support systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California is mandatory.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Demonstrated previous experience in a mental health counseling role is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
