Key Responsibilities\n

The Mental Health Counselor will play a crucial role in the recovery process by:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to address addiction and any underlying mental health issues.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborating closely with a team of healthcare professionals—including physicians, psychologists, and social workers—to provide holistic care and ensure integrated treatment.

• Engaging and educating clients' families to enhance their involvement in the recovery process, which fosters a supportive external environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Proficient understanding of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and related mental health disorders.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
