Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, leveraging your expertise to foster a safe and effective therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes in accordance with billing and regulatory requirements, along with utilizing provided administrative resources to minimize your workload.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to sustain professional development and keep abreast of the latest practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC in this role will serve a diverse group of clients who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relational issues. Many of our clients have limited access to traditional mental health services, making your role critical in facilitating their path towards recovery and well-being. By employing your skills in a compassionate manner, you will help clients achieve their therapeutic goals and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling capacity, preferably in a clinical context.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and availability of caseload.
