Work Environment\n

This position offers the unique advantage of remote work, enabling you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own space. While the majority of your work will be conducted virtually, you will still maintain close collaboration with our multidisciplinary team through regular virtual meetings and case consultations. Your schedule will typically follow a Monday to Friday format from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility based on the needs of your clients. This arrangement supports work-life balance while ensuring you can be readily available for your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the needs and goals of patients, developing customized treatment plans accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques.

• Facilitate supportive psychoeducational groups that address common mental health issues while fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to provide well-rounded care and address patients’ holistic needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services to support patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective responses.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment paths, and available resources in the community to empower them in their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with both traditional and contemporary evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience conducting comprehensive assessments and the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience conducting both individual and group therapy with diverse populations.

• Integrity and adherence to ethical standards in practice, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
