Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as couples and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals while considering their specific emotional and mental health needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, history, and any present issues impacting their wellbeing.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, equipping clients with immediate coping strategies to manage acute emotional distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and referrals to necessary support services.

• Proactively engage in continuing education and professional development to stay current with industry practices and licensure requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients navigating relational difficulties, personal crises, and the complex landscape of addiction recovery. You will work with individuals and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds, allowing you to approach each case with sensitivity and understanding. By creating a safe and supportive space, you will empower clients to explore their feelings and develop the tools they need for lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to provide therapy to diverse populations, recognizing and respecting cultural sensitivities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
