Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions for all assigned clients, creating a safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Facilitate group counseling sessions, providing education and support in alignment with the program schedule.

• Collaborate closely with primary therapists to devise and enhance comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring all modalities align with the client's needs.

• Support clients in overcoming obstacles and executing tasks that are integral to their treatment plans.

• Maintain ongoing communication with family members and referral sources to foster a network of support for each client.

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to elevate service delivery and client outcomes.

• Document clinical notes and treatment interventions adhering to licensing standards, ensuring all client records are complete and up-to-date.

• Engage in regular staff meetings, in-service training, and supervision to support professional development and continuous improvement.

• Assist clients in daily treatment activities, promoting engagement and commitment to their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client caseload may include various demographics, which may involve individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. While geriatric experience is preferred, it is not essential. Your therapeutic approach will be tailored to meet the spectrum of mental health needs within a diverse community.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current and valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent in the state of California is required. Please note that we cannot accept applicants with an associate license.

• Strong proficiency in using computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, to support documentation and remote interactions.

• Exceptional organization and multitasking skills to manage multiple cases effectively in a demanding environment.

• A self-directed attitude capable of operating independently without direct supervision.

Preferred Experience\n
