Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and immediate treatment needs.

• Develop personalized, family-centered treatment plans that incorporate culturally relevant strategies for therapy.

• Deliver outpatient counseling services, including individual and family therapy sessions that utilize trauma-informed techniques.

• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and in accordance with program standards.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing support and crisis intervention when necessary to ensure their safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
