This position is entirely remote, providing flexibility for our team members to engage with clients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining the professionalism and connection necessary for effective therapy. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds and tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet their unique cultural and individual needs. The emphasis on building strong therapeutic relationships is crucial for fostering trust and promoting successful treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure in California as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in an outpatient mental health setting.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
