Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' social and emotional needs, and develop tailored intervention strategies to enhance their well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a knowledgeable team of healthcare providers to communicate patient needs and advance care plans and discharge goals effectively.
\n
• Facilitate the development of discharge plans through interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring a smooth transition from clinical services to home or community-based care.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities such as skills training, workshops, and supervision to enhance clinical competencies and promote best practices.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within patient electronic health records, complying with all regulatory requirements to support quality care.
\n
• Lead and participate in special projects as assigned to improve service delivery and contribute to the continuous quality improvement of our therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various emotional and social challenges. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and seniors dealing with mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Understanding the unique needs of each client and employing culturally sensitive practices is critical to fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state is mandatory.

• Strong clinical skills to provide compassionate care, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a therapeutic or community setting.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is necessary to ensure a safe environment for all clients.

• Proficient communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for effective collaboration with the treatment team and client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
