Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to better understand clients' needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans, respecting their goals and cultural backgrounds, ensuring a tailored therapeutic experience.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in diverse formats including individual, couples, family, and group sessions.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in adherence to regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with skills to effectively manage their conditions and promote recovery.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide holistic care to our clients.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome evaluations, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to enhance client progress.

• Stay informed on the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to continuously improve clinical competency.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
