Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities as a Mental Health Therapist will include:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
\n
• Providing ongoing therapy sessions, either via video or phone, and conducting regular check-ins to assess progress.
\n
• Documenting each session accurately, ensuring all records comply with confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to enhance treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Engaging in continuous education and training to keep up-to-date with current best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on providing therapy to a diverse clientele, including children and adolescents, many of whom receive school-funded sessions. You will be addressing a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their academic and personal lives.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
\n
• Licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or similar designation permitting unsupervised clinical practice.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services to adults.
\n
• Demonstrable skills in intake assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and session documentation.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by a licensing board.
\n
• Current licensure to practice in Texas.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be considered favorably:

• Prior application of evidence-based therapies, particularly CBT.

• Experience working in remote settings or through telehealth platforms.

• Strong writing skills for clear and precise documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
