Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for providing personalized one-on-one counseling services to emotionally struggling adults. Your duties will include:

Low-acuity clients are our focus, allowing you to offer meaningful care without the overwhelming demands often associated with high-acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Licensing: Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy is essential, as you will be utilizing a digital platform for client management and counseling.
