Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices to help clients navigate complex emotional and relational challenges.

• Help families tackle specific issues such as communication breakdowns, grief, job stress, and conflicts among family members.

• Implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of your clients’ needs, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy methods.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address overlapping health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Stay informed about current best practices and continue to develop professionally through training and education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will impact a diverse clientele, including adults and children/adolescents grappling with a variety of issues such as:

• Physical and psychological abuse and trauma recovery.

• Grief and loss support.
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling disputes and intergenerational challenges.

• Communication barriers that hinder family and relationship progress.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting, demonstrating your ability to provide high-quality care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The compensation package includes:
