In this remote telehealth role, our therapists enjoy the flexibility of working from home, allowing for a balanced approach to work and personal life. The telehealth facility enables counselors to connect with clients in a comfortable setting, enhancing the therapeutic experience. Our work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a traditional work-week that promotes a healthy work-life balance while achieving client success. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients, creating a safe space for individuals and families to express their needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, crafting tailored safety and wellness plans that support clients through critical moments.

• Utilize various therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to guide clients toward recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal guidelines and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population, including clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, those with additional experience in telehealth counseling will find this role particularly rewarding.
