Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and comprehensive screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to address clients’ unique psychological needs and behavioral goals, regularly adjusting these plans based on progress and feedback.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, applying evidence-based techniques to foster therapeutic relationships and engagement.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Provide detailed educational resources and emotional support to clients’ families, fostering a supportive network that encourages active involvement in the recovery process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, which may include individuals facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to relate to clients from various backgrounds and life experiences will be essential in establishing trust and promoting effective therapy outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise or extensive experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on evidence-based practices for diverse psychological disorders.

• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills to establish rapport with clients and motivate them through their recovery journeys.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
