What You'll Do:

• Provide in-house OB/GYN coverage for inpatient deliveries and emergency calls
• Manage routine and complicated deliveries, including vaginal, C-section, breech, and VBACs
• Conduct decision-making for C-sections and perform repairs of third and fourth-degree lacerations
• Collaborate with midwives who will assist and take call for their own patients
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for documentation
• Cover inpatient labor and delivery units with approximately 700-800 annual deliveries
• Provide call coverage for GYN emergencies and complications

What You Need:

• Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain
• Certification in OB/GYN (Board Certified or Eligible)
• ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (or willing to obtain)
• Experience in inpatient obstetrics and emergency obstetric care
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
