Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' needs through psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with patients, taking into account cultural considerations and personal goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), tailored for individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support and coordinating continuity of care with other healthcare professionals for patients in acute distress.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health management techniques, empowering them with the skills to manage their conditions effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
